The GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK are our home ground, but the work underneath is the same wherever you operate: establishing what you actually process, where it goes and who touches it — then building the records, policies and agreements that hold up the moment someone asks.

We file and prosecute industrial property rights from the first search through to registration and renewal — nationally, regionally and internationally. Trademarks before TÜRKPATENT, the Benelux Office (BOIP) and the EUIPO, and through WIPO's Madrid System for international registration. Patents nationally and through the European Patent Office, with international applications via the PCT. Utility models in Türkiye, where they give faster and cheaper protection than a full patent.
And then the part that actually decides whether a right survives: managing it. Office actions, oppositions, deadlines, renewals, and the watch that tells you the moment someone files too close to your mark.
